Hello, I'm Pete
I'm a dynamic and motivated technology professional with a proven record of generating and building relationships, managing projects from concept to completion, designing educational strategies, and coaching individuals to success.
Based in Ballwin, MO, I currently serve as Director of Technology Services and Salesforce Center of Excellence Leader at Boys Hope Girls Hope, where I work to harness technology to amplify the impact of nonprofit work across the United States and Latin America.
I'm an adaptable and transformational leader with an ability to work independently, creating and developing opportunities that further establish organizational goals.
What I Do
Salesforce Architecture
I design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions that tackle complex business processes. From custom HRIS implementations to center-of-excellence leadership, I help organizations get maximum value from their Salesforce investment.
AI Integration
As a Salesforce AI Specialist, I guide organizations through practical AI adoption — identifying where AI adds real value, implementing responsibly, and training teams to use AI tools effectively.
Speaking & Teaching
I'm an active speaker at Salesforce community conferences and user groups across the US, presenting on technical adoption, nonprofit solutions, and implementation best practices. Teaching is a passion of mine.
Nonprofit Technology
I believe technology should amplify human impact. I specialize in helping nonprofits maximize lean budgets through smart tech choices, grants, and in-kind opportunities — so they can focus on their mission.

Outside of Work
When I'm not deep in Salesforce flows or thinking about AI strategy, you'll find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes (check out my recipes section!), spending time with family, or exploring new restaurants in the St. Louis area.
I'm a proud Culinary Arts alumnus — a background that taught me discipline, creativity, and the importance of getting the details right. Skills that transfer surprisingly well to technology leadership!
